Hi All again,

I have another issue with my LIK 50A ,which is when I try to dial 9 to take an outgoing line it dsnt work nd i only hear my voice when i speak, note: dat all switches nd extensions are connected in wright manner.

any ideas to solve dis...???
 
Hi,
The first thing I would do is check which lines are active and ensure that the unused lines are out the working line grp.
Place the working lines in CO Grp 1 and the unused lines in CO Grp 9
This programming is done in PGM 141 Flex key 1

hey Steve ... the problem is that I can see the FXO cards through browsing Admin programming and the pbx recognize the LGCM8
but when I hold the phone appear that there s no signal.

any ideas how where the problem is ? nd h 2 fix it?

Hi Nura

Check that you are not dialing out on the VOIP channels first, and set them as unused if you do not need them.

Then check how many analogue lines you have connected to the IPECs. You seem to be equipped for 12 lines. 4 lines for the 50A and 8 on the LGCM8.

If you do not have 12 lines connected, you are likely to be picking the picking the CO ports with not line attached.

FOr example, if you only have 8 lines, you must set lines 9-12 as unused or put them in Trunk grp 9.

Have you set a station group to VSF?

And allowed all extensions vsf access?
 
can you dial the voicemail group you have set up?

What else are you using the voicemail for? Auto attendant/ CCR, user voicemail ?
