IPECS IP boards

Hi guys

I need to connect an IPECS MG100 to an Alcatel OXO through VOIP (H323) not SIP.
What boards do I need on the IPECS? Do I need VOIB card or not?
Does the IPECS insure VOIP communication through its own mother board or not ?
Same question about using LIP phones, is it on mother board or on VOIB board??
