IPECS 100 CLI question

Hi I have installed an LG IPECS 100 for a client,which is working as the clients customer requires, but with one small fly in the ointment ! Namely this, on inbound calls the cli is alpha tagging with the speed dials as you would expect, but when the call is transferred the alpha tagging is lost and only the inbound cli displays at the receiving phone . Is there a way to retain the alpha tagging at the transferred call destination ? Also when using the speed dials to dial out the phones only display the number that is being dialed and not the name , can this be changed to display both name and number or just the name ? I think both features are not possible.

make sure cli name display is turned on under attributes for all extensions on the system
