iPAQ with Lotus Notes 6.5 2

I have a user who is using Lotus Notes 6.5 and an iPAQ who is using Intellisync 5.3 to sync between the iPAQ and Notes. When it gets to her Notes calendar, she get the error 'NSD is running' and it freezes up. It syncs her email and address book but not her calendar. I've not been able to find anything on this. Can anyone out there give any insight?

What is the model and OS on the Ipaq? and What Os are you running on the host desktop?

I have the exact same problem. I have tried deleting and recreating both the mailbox and the address book in notes. This did not work. Any suggestions would be great.
