IP600 with onboard Audix (Defone)

We have an issue where the Audix picks up and you hear 3 - 4
seconds of silence ....NO Alarms on Ip600 , Audix

busy board a12
test board a12 (Pass)
release board a12

test board a12 long clear (Pass - resolved)

sa trans and did a reset system 4

Audix still picks up and silence .......

tier 3 logged in and said you are setup wrong on the integration

they said we would have to resolve before calling in again

keep in mind this has worked for over a year .....

ports setup as

extension 291
type 2500
port a1202
name test n

lwc recept AUDIX
switchhook flash y adjunct sup y


line appearence : Call Appearence


all other settings on this page are n

extension 292 port a1203 no name
extension 293 port a1204 no name

they are members of hunt 1
group type ucd-mia

no where in the audix portion do you see anything for
port assignment , services ...... Definity audix has you enter
the extensions in the correct order ......

I have looked on the website without much luck ....

any and all posts we be helpful ......



 
FYI

list history shows no changes made to Hunt or members since
it was setup a year ago ......I was not the one who set it up

Take a look in bash to see if all the audix services have started up. Start the services manually if they are not up.
 
Logged into bash all services were up ....

Tier 3 called into IP600 and put in a couple of patches

12,14,15,22 for release 10 they also did a database
clean up and fix ....stop and restarted the system

I had already done the stop and restart ......

I reprogrammed the ports in order
for x291 a1201 through 298 a1208

Tier 3 says it should never have worked out of order
as stated in first post .....

after 3 hours on the phone it was resolved
