Have Voicemail Pro on Windows PC running R11.0.4.8. System was working fine. After reboot, we lost audio on all calls. Narrowed it down to auto-recording. If I disable voicemail pro services or turn of auto call recording, calls work great. If I enable call recording, I see the recording in system status, and the call stays up, but no audio either party. Wav file is saved. Fails if I point to VRL or Mailbox. This also fails on internal extension to extension dialing (if being recorded).

Rebooted voicemail server and IP500v2a
Reprogrammed users (in case of corruption)
Turned off antiVirus and firewall
Voicemail works fine
Voicemail Folder unrestricted

Suggestions?

You'll need to verify that the RTP is being sent to the voicemail pro server (wireshark the ethernet card) and then you can rule out the ipoffice as a culprit. I don't know why you wouldn't use the linux install for v11 and avoid windows updates needing reboots and breaking things. My money would be on the windows machine breaking your audio.

Thanks for the suggestion. We set up Wireshark, No audio on the RTP. Connected second NIC card on voicemail server direct to IP500v2a. Did the wireshark and got the same result. Looks like IP500v2a is not sending audio on call recording. Leaning towards corrupted config, or a bad control unit.
