has anyone encounter a problem with imbedded vm on a 500 5.0 , we had a cust that the system locked up I have monitor running right now to see if it happens again,1st card was replaced with a patch of (89601)per catalyst, I did confirm with cust if any pwr outages he stated the room itself is on a UPS

I don't have any problems like this on 5.X but there where some problems on 4.1.X like the error you have.
Did you upgrade the card to 5.X?

If I can remeber, the card would lock up when you do a reboot thru the Manager tool. To get it activated you needed to re-insert the card.
