IP500 v2 SIP Trunk Issue - Call Forward Cause coldstart and no voice 1

Hello All,

I gave up on this issue and have no idea how to fix it. If anyone can help me out, I would hugely appreciate it!

Here is my issue, I have SIP trunks configured on IPO 500v2 Rls 11, and they are working inbound and outbound no issues. when do forward calls came in on the SIP trunk to mobile (Calls ring to Rec and forward unconditional to mobile), the calls is connected to mobile with no audio voice, after while or moment the IPO is coldstart for 20-30 sec.

First try upgrading to the latest service pack. That looks like the original March 2019 release - there have been 7 service packs since then.

(I know, service packs sometimes replace known issues with new issues - but when you current issue is the system resetting its probably worth it)

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
