IP500 v2 Rls7

Need to replace current HoldMusic file with a new one. It is not allowing me to delete the old one or overwrite with the new one. Any ideas?

Pop the card out and delete/replace it using a card reader

I have seen this happening when you are not the same subnet.
But i think it is in use and that causes this too.

I set it to Tones but it still won't let me replace it. I will have to go out with a card reader.
