IP500 V2 DS30 card not working. 1

I have DS 30 expansion card that when powered up it goes solid red then solid green for about 30 seconds then solid red and keeps repeating these changes. Never flashing lights just solid to solid. It never shows up connected in System Status. Any ideas?

Unplug all the stations and see if it comes up. If it does you have a PC plugged in somewhere. Plug them back in one at a time until it fails.

There is nothing plugged in. It’s on the workbench.

This is a link to the instructions for a DTE reset if it is just a firmware problem. If that doesn't work it is probably dead.
