IP500 IP500 8.0 (44) with IP Office Manager R8 for call center?

Hi guys, we currently have a single IP500 8.0 (44) switch and I'm running IP Office Manager R8. We currently have approx 60 concurrent agents using Avaya 5410 phones 20 of those home agents on Avaya 9620s. We have three PRIs into the IP500. I want to know what my options are if we are to rapidly grow to approx 200 concurrent agents. Is the IP500 good enough? Is the IP Office manager good enough? Should I be looking at a different Avaya product?

200 concurrent calls at the same time?
Is this a big callcenter?
If yes then i think you are going beyond the limits and i think you better go for a CM.
If it is growing step by step then invest in phones that work on both systems, this will save some investment.
