Since the Partner is targeted for termination in 2010 and the IP Office is the replacement, I am really having issues with key system emulation on the IP500!

Using (Line Appearance), a (Call Appearance) must appear on Button 1 of a 54XX series phone or what ever phone you have. When (Idle Line Preference)is used, a checkbox in Telephony, it always sends the user to the CA when going off-hook, which then requires a 9 to dial out. Is there a way to control the sequence of (Idle Line Preference) to choose a LA instead, which is a Partner feature? The LA's are all POTS by the way.

I've found this to be an issue as well. It seems the system controller determines the ILP by default. It may be a caveat of the IP500? I'll run a lab and see where it leads me
