IP500 Embedded Voicemail Problem

Hi

Went on site today, IP500 4.1.14, user reporting something weird with their voicemail, system showing message waiting, when he checks the voicemail it says 1 new message, and the proceeds to dial an internal extension number, which gets answered, but they cant hear anything we say !...strange. The system is rack mounted, havent had chance to remove from rack and check lights at the back,

So figured would be worth a system reboot to start with, system has been up for about 4 months solid, site only 8 months old.

On reboot, no voicemail whatsoever now, in SSA, the system reports flash card as unsupported device ?

Does this suggest the card itself has become corrupted or broke ? If so is it possible to reload the embedded voicemail back onto the card, does it need a new card, etc etc

Any thoughts / help appreciated

You need to upgrade your system
This should be solved in 4.1.15
For now you can remove the card,reboot, power down again, plug in the card and power up
Then it will work again (for a while)

It is a know bug wich should be solved
