I am putting a ip500 together for a lawyers office and i am new to ip500 world.I know enough to get by but am not sure on the account codes.I do not know were the call info get stored for who called and what account number.I would like some help on setup and programming for account codes please.Thank you.

Ip500 account codes?

They aren't stored anywhere. You can install Delta Server (located in the CBC folder on your Admin CD) and turn on SMDR to a .txt file which would allow you to open the .txt file in say Excel and view/sort/parse the information.
