IP500 5.0 "Failed to save the configuration data"

Hello,

I have an IP500 versoin 5.0 that when i do any change, I always get "Failed to save the configuration data. (command cannot execute due to other system activity)"

Looking at Monitor at the same time, I always get the below

does anyone know what is the problem.
One thing which I noticed on the System Status that the
Control Unit IP500 Current Firmware 5.0(15)
Mode: Professional Compact Card: Empty

Do you have any idea what could be the problem.

Save the config ( Save As) and then reboot. Tried that?

Thanks for that, I'll try it... however is it normal for an IP500 to display [Compact Card: Empty] I want to make sure that when I reset the box it comes back normally.

Do you have a flash card in the IPO? If not, that's the appropriate message.

If you are running Professional then you won't have a compact card in an IP500V1
