IP4700 password recovery 1

Hello,

Does anyone know how to recover the password for an IP4700? I have a few here that boot up great but I just can't login.

I have access to the fcli and have also been trying to tinker with the RAID groups unsuccessfully (that has nothing to do with the password problem).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Tim,

you can log in through the console on SPA or telnet to the IP4700, and when it asks you for a password hold down the "cntl" key and type "unlock"

should open it up for you with no password.
