IP412 3.2 Directory problems

I have a customer who has the above kit, when they press the directory key on their 5410 phones they cannot scroll to the letter "s". They can go to t and scroll back but cannot go directly to it by pressing the 7 key 4 times

Tried a reboot anyone else had an issue like this? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

It works like predictive text, so they should press the next letter in the name they want instead e.g for Susan it would be 78726 and not 7777887777266, by pressing the 7 key 4 times they are searching for names that start PQRS or QRSP etc etc and so you get no match

Even though dial by name is switched off?

Yes, that's a totally unrelated setting for the auto attendant
