We have a VM PRO auto attendant set with time of the day, during the day the incomming call rings for 6 rings before AA picks up, this is OK
After hours same thing. AA answer immediately, the meny option 1 is Dial by name, caller chooses the name and press 1, the caller hears MOH until the call is answerd by VM after 4 rings
What we want After Hours is AA answer immediately, the meny option 1 is Dial by name, caller chooses the name and press 1, the caller should be in the callers mailbox and no MOH and not answerd by VM after 4 rings.
Thanks in advance

Set the time profile on the incoming call route and route it to VM:(Module Name).

Doing it this way, the vm answers without a ring tone.

Jamie is correct to get your calls to VM quickly...

I provided answer to the same questions you have in this post...

It will solve your issue for After hours calls to extensions ... allowing them to go directly to VM vs ringing and then going to VM.
