IP406 to IP500 R8+

customer using IP406v2 with 16DS module (PCS04) and 30DS module (PCS06),
now need to upgrade to IP500v2 R8+
After upgrade, I try to connect two DS module, the green LED keep blinking and telephones are all "Please Wait".
I try to default the system and built configuration bit by bit, but when i reboot the machine, it shows "Please Wait" and keep blinking green. I also try not to reboot the machine, and everything is fine.

anyone come across this? I've checked both modules are in version 10.0(44) DIG DCPx16/30 V2

if the expansion modules are blinking then they have not been seen by the control unit
the control unit must be booted last

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

but no help, the module blinking and please wait after reboot.

Main unit starts at last as always.

IPGuru is right and i missed the blinking part.
The module is not seen by the IPO.
This is a know issue.

What you need to do is reboot the IPO and if this fails then reboot again and again and again.

Thanks for reply. However i tired more than 10 times. Still blinking, could this be the PCS issue?

let me try to look at the doc, is it listed on the compatibility table?
