I have a Index linked through LAN to an IP406 system via an IPNC card. Calls from extensions at either end work fine but I would like extensions on the Index to pick up the PRI trunks on the IP406 for dialling out. The IP406 users dial 0 for trunk access.

In the INDeX you put all IPNC channels in a trunk group.
Route all external calls to that group but do not strip the access code.
In IPNC create a shortcode 0N;\.\Dial\IP Line ID or 9N;\N\Dial\IP Line ID
In IPNC set the Dial Delay timer to 4 and dial delay count to 1
In IPO create a shortcode in the IP Line comming from INDEX/IPNC 0N or 9N, depends of the access code in INDeX:
0N\N\Dial\IPO ISDN line or 9N\N\Dial\IPO ISDN LINE

That should work
