IP406 - CallPickUpGroup *31 - Call Rejected 1

When trying to get the *31 shortcode working on an IP406, phones (5402's) report call rejected. *30 works for CallPickupAny but we have a call center and separate admin teams that don't want to pick up each others' calls. Anyone have any ideas/tips
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
CallPickupGroup will only work for calls presented to the group
it will not pickup calls directed at an individual member of that group

try CallPickupMembers instead.
