IP400 Phone 30 V2 Expansion Module 1

We have an 400 Phone 30 V2 Expansion Module and which we want to connect to our IPO V2 on release 9.1. The module is flashing green light and i am wondering this expansion unit will be compatible with release 9.1 although i think i saw it sometime ago that it is compatible with 9.0 but not seen any document that says it works with 9.1.

This is a brand new expansion and dont know the firmware that came with it .Can you advise what we can do to make this module to work ?.

Try upgrading it to the same version as the IP500.

Not compatible with R9.1 IPOffice 400 V2 Expansion Mods are only supported to R9.0
IPOffice 400 Main Cabinets (403, 406, 412 and Small Edition) are only supported to R6.0

The IP400 Phone 30 V2 is supported all the way to 10.1
However, it needs to be upgraded to 8.1.73 or 9.0 before going to 9.1 and above
Check the release note for your 9.1 version for instructions about upgrading from previous releases.
