IP400 CCC

I have a client on an old IP400 that are struggling to pull reports. My techie has narrowed it down to the memory being full.

Tasks performed:

Auto shrink
Auto growth
Overwrite is on 4 weeks

After exhausting all tips on here, the error is still happening. What is the path to either deleting the SDX archiver files or archiving it to an external source.

Any advice would be appreciated
