IP user in OPENSCAPE Business

[tt]Hi My Friend,
There is a Openscape Business V1.0.There is a problem in IP(HFA/SIP) subscribers.
All of the IP subscribers are register in the system , but when the IP user dialing the other number insysem following message appears on the screen:
Busy at the moment
And when other extension like Analog subscriber dialing the IP user following message appears on the IP telephone:
Telephony is Down (HV2)

Please advise us to solve the problem.

Are they HFA or SIP? On an HFA phone, the HV2 message means "unable to register HFA main line".

you should use the latest versions of the IP phones (SIP/HFA).
