I have two bcm 50's one a rls 1.0 and the other a 2.0. We have voip trunks setup betweent the two lactions and are using 4 digit dialing. On calls that are transfered from one site to the other the calls are dropping after about 2 minutes. I have searched and searched to see if there is a setting for this to no availe. Anyone have any insight on this, I can't figure it out. Thanks

Are the systems patched up. If not I would recommend doing that.

how are the sites connected? pls describe network infrastructure

The two sites are connected through the customers vpn with t1's on both sides.

i'm guessing that the vpn is ageing out the nat table on the connection and rebuilding it. as soon as it does it the bcm ip traffic will drop.

i think you need to engage the customer's vpn people.

Ok thanks, the thought had crossed my mind that it could be something on their vpn.
