Unfortunately i did not get any information from TAC trace.
When i call from Cisco to Avaya phones i did not see any activity.
Does not ring, does not get any error.
I dont know what is the problem, on signaling group o or trunking group.
wow, with no TAC trace there is no channel open for the call. There is a possibility that the trunk may not be in service. Try Status trunk X and status sig on the trunk as well. if there all in service then check the traces from the station on the cisco side
Surprise! Most loopback jacks are located conveniently behind the ear and above the leg
All you have to do is to enable from your cisco side the "Dial Peer" if your aware of that if would help you a lot. I've already been on that situation and it might help you with this simple information.
Configure it with interface loopback then bind it to H.323 traffic. Don't forget to configure the codec set also from your cisco. Once you've done this make a test calls to check if this works.
I am not using a router between the CCM and the PBX Avaya.
So the only way that i can forward digits to PBX Avaya is using a route-pattern in the CCM poiting to The Clan of the PBX Avaya.
