IP Trunk between Avaya S8720 and S8300

I have to do an IP trunk between two sites:
First: Avaya S8720
Second: Avaya S8300

I configured the Ip Trunk:
Trunk group: ISDN with H.323 carrier Medium and TIE service type
Signaling Group: H.323 Type

the status of the two trunks and signaling in the two sites are in service.
But when I dialed from the first site to the second i have this error:
denial event 1220: Recovery on timer expiry D1=0x8b4d D2=0x66

And from the second to the first:

Can you post the SIG Group from both systems please?

But i fix the problem by correct the IP of one of the two IP addresses
