IP telephone - hot line possible?

Hi,

IP telephone 9610, customer wants to access the public line without dialing "9", just by picking up the handset.

Any idea is welcome !

You could setup this user as a ring down hotline to a vdn that simply routes the call to "9".

I havent tested this but I think it would work.

I guess only an analog can be a ring down.

You can't accomplish this without affecting all of the users I believe.
