Ip telephone 1608 problem

I have a IPO 500 with a Ip extension.
This extension has the number 101,
But if you accidentally the IPO turned off when IPO turned on the extension does not return to the 101.
Is set as 213 and I need reconfigure this extension.

This happens whenever you turn off or restart the IPO 500.

Any ideas. Thanks
 
Is the phone logged on as extension 101 or are you logging in as user 101 on the phone?

If you hit
Mute + 564633# (Logoff) on the phone you can enter a new extension for the phone, if the phone has the same extension as a user it will automatically login unless forcelogin is set on the user.

but is the telephone is restarted i need logging again?.

I need that the telephone login automatically with the 101 extension.
 
Do you have Force login ticked for that user, if so untick it :)
