IP Subnet

Hello.

I am new to vb scripting and I need a very basic script to determine which network a user is connected to. Each network is a different subnet.

I would like to be able to know:
if IP= 192.168.1.x then user is in NJ

Of course this isn't the syntax but this is the kind of thing I am looking to do.
