IP Softphone

I tried to setup my IP softphone (first time). However,I got a error saying IP softphone station are not allowed to log into the server. I have enabled ip softphone and change the multimedia mode for my station. Is there anything that I am missing? Disp Cap showing

Ed, I am running R9.05

When I enter ch telecomuter, it told me that "invalid entry."


CLme, I think I am log on to switch.

What release of CLAN do you have? Also do you have a data module for the CLAN and have it defined in the IP-interface form.

It should be a minimum of TN799C or 799DP (better).

I have a feeling you have a old CLAN.

Do you have any IP hardphones? Without Telecomuter or IP phones I am offically stumped.
