When I am using IP Softphone over my VPN and the VPN drops, I am unable to bring my hardset back on line. I have to go to the wallfield and change it's port. I cannot log into the switch to busy release it. I can log back into the softphone but even if I log out correctly I cannot bring the hardset back up. I am using RoadWarrior mode and the phone type is 6408D+ and 8410. It does not appear to hang if I am using an IP end station. Anyone have any ideas?
