IP Softphone And VPN 1

I am having problem with my softphone R5 when I am VPN to the office, R5 works great in the office on our network.
Any one have a good idea?
I am using Cisco Systems VPN Client 3.6.3
With zone alarm fire wall
I closed the fire wall program, but that do not help

Befor you log into the IP Softphone are you entering your VPN ip address in the softphone client under settings/advanced tab?

Yes I try the setting tab and enter the IP Address, That the VPN Client say I had. But the softphone do not work

I am login in now , but on audio , I think H323 is not get
past the fire wall, cisco pix

try the command 'no fixup protocol h323' on the pix.
