IP SoftPhone 5.2 Echo problem

Dear all,

I use IP Softphone 5.2 (SP1) with Genius HS-02B Stereo Classic headset. Headset is connected to Audio connectors on my Desktop machine. IP Softphone works fine except one thing - people who talks to me are really annoyed by big echo. From my side - everything is fine, I hear them clear and proper. Do you know some "magic" command or so on, where I can supress this one-way echo, which, definitely, I generate?

Try adjusting the receive and transmit gain under Audio Options on the softphone. This usually takes care of our problems with echo.

thanx for advice. I have tried to adjust receive and transmit gain under Audio Options - but haven't success. Could you please, give me some advice about receive/transmit gain values?
