Have CM 4.0 with 8700 platform. 5602 IP desk phone work with no issue. Downloaded IP Softphone 5.0 to test with the systems five free license before buying IP Agent license. When in Road warrior mode calling IP softphone to IP softphone works great. Calling IP softphone to IP desk phone works great also. When calling a tip / ring desk phone or calling outside the building. The called party can hear but the IP softphone can not hear called party giving me a oneway talk path. Using the same Callserver addy for the soft and desk IP sets. Local Area Network bandwidth setting. Using plantronics USB headset
