I have a few 1230 IP Clients and sometimes NOT always, sometimes with incoming or outbound calls, in-net calls and out-net calls the IP user cannot hear the caller or called person, does any body know what's going on or how to troubleshoot this.

Check to make sure you have enough DSP's available and also check your IP addresses on all applicable cards to make sure they are all entered correctly. Putting an incorrect IP on a card with DSP's will quite effectively stop you from using them.

90% of time TDM to IP calls have oneway speach, problem is DSP -usually MC32 or other DSP source.

Best way to find culprit is to make TDM to IP call until you have problem, trace call and see what DSP you are using. You will usually get 4 or 8 that are a problem.

Once you have found problem, try reseating VGMC. If then enable and test again. if same problem on same ports, replace card.
