I have an IP set registered on Signaling Server when we disconnect the network cable for this IP set and a caller dial her extension, the caller can hear ring back tone however the IP set is disconnected.
Can i disable this feature, i need to hear a busy tone when caller call this disconnected IP.
Thanks.

Yep, maybe there is a patch for this? Phones should go to unregistered/disabled when they are unplugged so they present a busy to a caller.

Patch? Could be, but what about regular phone like 3900 or 2000 what about if they become unplugged you don’t get busy. The only way you will get busy if you run unit test.

Since Ip phones are on virtual loop you can’t run unit test on it.

This command is not valid on virtual superloops since virtual
superloops do not physically exist.

So is there no way to not give a BUSY/OVERFLOW tone when IP phones are disabled/unregistered??

Why would you want a busy tone? If I have an IP phone that I am moving around I would want callers to get a ring and maybe voicemail when it is disconnected.

Can you just forward those phones on no answer to a recording or voicemail or a disabled DN. Or you could forward the phone before you unplug it.
