our primary router's IP is 123.58.132.1
a secondary router's IP is 123.58.133.97

the secondary has the serial unnumbered to an eth0/0 on the 123.58.132.0 subnet (123.58.132.169) and a sub int with the IP 123.58.133.97

i am able to telnet to the router using the 123.58.132.1 but, not the 123.58.133.97 IP

what am i missing?

srry, been a while since i took the ccna

tia

sorry for not being more clear...sub int with the IP 123.58.133.97 is on ser0/0 which is a local loop out to another site

line is up (green light in rear) and there is no access list on the secondary router...help...this sux

i would think that somehow on the primary router, i would need to tell it to pass 123.58.133.97 to 123.58.132.169, no?

#ip route 123.58.133.97 255.255.255.255 123.58.132.169?

also, "i am able to telnet to the router using the 123.58.132.1 but, not the 123.58.133.97 IP"
SHOULD be:
"i am able to telnet to the router using the 123.58.132.169 but, not the 123.58.133.97 IP"
