I have an I2004 it takes a 16v 500ma power brick, an 1120E needs a 48v 520ma.

With this set up will they function with a POE switch?
 
It depends upon what version of "i2004" you have. The Phase II device (NTDU92...) supports 802.3af PoE. The older versions do not.

All 1120E support 802.3af PoE.
