Ok here is my problem, my IP phones work find with my digital sets but when we call IP to IP the phones ring but no voice, any help will be appreciated.

Are you going through a VPN? If so there is probably something wrong in the settings.

If your using IP trunks as well, make sure your packet size is the same on both.

typically, this is a gateway issue. both ip sets can find the bcm, but not each other.

this could be a VLAN issue. It happened to me with some Nortel Conference handsets. Check that the IP phones are all on the same VLAN.
