IP Phones

I have 2 IP phones that are no longer functioning. Date/time are displayed, the phones rings but we are unable to answer it, cannot dial an internal ext (fast busy) or any number for that matter. This weekend we did a move in our data center and had to move the signaling server so it was shutdown but brought back up without any issue (or at least we thought) Any ideas?
 
I take it you have tried to reboot these phones already by unplugging the power to them? Also if you have do they reboot ok and find the signalling server?
 
Have you reset the phone options, have you restored all key labels.
 
The phone comes up with all of the labels...it even rings and displays who is calling but you can't answer.
 
If those were the only two, I would out & rebuild at least one of them for possible resolution.
 
50%, I get an F. It may not sound like rational troubleshooting, but if your not getting TN/IP conflict errors on your TTY, I would do it again and/or leave it down for a little while when cycling power.
 
VGMC connected properly? Change in any of the routing (ports moved to a switch port with VLAN changes)? Sounds like the phone can't find the VGMC.
 
vgmc is connected properly. We didn't change any routing either. We don't have many IP phones deployed yet but all of the others are working except for this one.
 
Try deleting the IP in you DHCP server for the phone in question. It will sometimes cause a problem.
 
Did you try a known working phone? What does the VGMC card have on the display?
 
If you plug the working phone into the port that the non working phone was using, does it work there and vice versa?
