IP Phones Headset Button release 4.5

We upgraded from Succession 3.0 to 4.5 last week. Since the upgrade, the headset button on i2002's and i2004's will no longer work as a speaker button. A lot of our employees are used to using the headset button instead of speaker button because it is closer to the dial pad. Is there a way to make this work again? It works fine when there is a headset attached. I am getting a lot of complaints..

Check all patches are up to date. In the same situation i had a CLID display problems on i2002 and a patch solve it.

I will check the patches again, but I am pretty sure we are up to date as of last Thursday. I have also noticed some problems with the caller list, so maybe there are some patches I need.

Do you have patch MPLR20834 on CS and MPLR20687 on SS ?

Else, which type of PBX/CPUs and which software exact release ?
