IP Phones go into Discover with Point to Point VPN

I have a system with 9608 phones local within the office LAN as well as home users with Sonicwall to Sonicwall VPN. The phones at the homes are not running VPN firmware as the tunnel is established with the Sonicwalls. Randomly some of the homne users phones will go into discover. I checked the tunnel status and the tunnels are up. After a reboot or two of the phone, it will re register. The phones within the office are fine.

Anyone ever run into this before?
