IP Phones / Analog Phone error dialing over SIP Trunk

I am getting a call rejected error when I make a call over our SIP trunk from a IP or POT phone. I have no issues however with the digital phones using the SIP trunk which is very weird. Am I supposed to do some thing to make this work? I thought it would be the same setup for all the phones.

Any help would be great.

I too have had a similar problem with an IP Phone. For the moment I have routed this extensions calls through the main line but I would be interested to know if anyone has any advice.

I believe this system has enough VCM channels available as well when I have tested.

With our SIP provider we had to make sure our IP phone has a valid 10 digit number entered in all 3 fields on the SIP tab of the user. Maybe it is the same for yours.
