IP Phone1603sw - Blank Display

Hi guys!

I have an issue in three IP Phones 1603sw. After install it the display stay blank... just blank, but shows the menu if I press the Menu button. Before that I´ve used others terminals (same model) and it has worked OK, but I sent it for another branch.

I don´t find where is the problem! I use this terminals just for meeting rooms and I have one for test on my desk.

Just for a better explanation, the station voice works perfectly. Only the display doesn´t show the number.
