ip phone unable to choose any option on the hotline user manual

Hi,

Anybody have encountered using ip phone to call a hotline, when the hotline prompt for option to be select, the ip phone user choose option one by pressing one, it cannot be selected. As for the digtial phones like 6416D+, it able to choose.

Can you tell what release of firmware on the phones and what release of sofware on the pbx you are running?

for ip phone: list registered
for system in sat: display capacity, last page

Its ip phone firmware 2.15. The system software release is R013x.00.0.340.3
