IP Phone TFTP Service

What is the best software to run for AVaya IP phone TFTP these days? We're rebuilding the server the existing app is on and it appears to be just a simple 5 year old program which isn't even running as a service (Power TFTP I think?). Any recommendations?

Can that be run as a service or do you leave the PC logged in 24/7?

I use an old PC that runs 24/7. Either would work.

works like tftp/ftp/http/https service and have watchdogs, good management. pretty good application from Avaya
