IP Phone On Global IP

Dear

I am using IP Phone 4225 in my organisation. They are working fine.

I change the IP of ELU32 to Global IP (ISP). I have changed the gatekeeper IP accordingly.

I could log on to the gatekeeper..

What could be the reason..

I am behind CISCO firewall.. on my LAN.

Pls help me in this.. how could I resolve the issue..
