Hi

I had a multiple representation working fine with two digital extension, but one of the user went sent to telecommute back home so his extension was migrated to an IP phone

The problem is that I can not make the multiple representation between IP & Digital phones.

I have also tried parallel ringing as it a fair solution too but it only works in one direction at the same time:
Primary IP Phone & Secondary Digital OR
Primary Digital & Secondaru IP phone.

Any Idea?

Thanks a lot

Best regards

Juan

Juan,

use command gefki for adding MNS key to an IP-Phone.

Hi LIMSwitch,

Thank you for your quick reply

I had already tried the GEFKI command:

MDSH> GEFKI:DIR=NUMBERA,KEY=1,FCN=MNS,MNS=NUMBERB,CALALT=2;
EXECUTED

MDSH> GEFKP:DIR=NUMBERA,KEY=1;
GENERIC EXTENSION FUNCTION KEY PRINT
DIR=NUMBERA
EXTENSION STATUS: REGISTERED
KEY FCN VALUE PHYSICAL KEY
1 MNS NUMBERA -
END

But nothing happens in the NUMBERA extension when NUMBERB extension receives an incoming phone call.

Am I doing something wrong?
Any other idea?

Thanks again

Juan

Hi

I found it

IP phones doesn't have enough free keys to work with.
I have installed the KEY PANEL DBY 419 and now I have enough free keys.

GEFKI:DIR=NUMBERA,KEY=1,FCN=MNS,MNS=NUMBERB,CALALT=2;

and KEY=1 is the first key (from top to down) in the added panel.

Thank you LIMSwitch

Best regards

Juan
