IP Phone Group ID

Is there a way to create a printable list or report of stations based upon the field "IP Phone Group ID" usage? Without having to display every single station record to view page 3 for the ID entry, it's difficult to determine who has been assigned to what IP Phone Group ID.

Use ossi and capture what comes across the screen then put the tab separated output in a spreadsheet.

You must have a tab inbetween field addresses, not spaces.

Am I missing something?

I'd export the station data from ASA - which includes the IP Phone group ID.

Or does BSH's solution take the data from the phone rather than the system (i.e. captures changes made using the phoen keypad)

As with all technology as it advances, new admin commands usually are added to keep pace. Finding the "list multimedia ip-stations" command was terriffic. Cuts down on having to compare a "list station" to a "list registered" print out....but with the addition and more frequent use of the IP Phone Group ID's, you would think that through ASA Admin list commands there would be something easy to create. OR...have the ablity to add to the columns on a "list station" report to include this information. I guess I'll have to keep digging.
